Are you seeking a fulfilling trucking career at a leading transportation company but unsure where to start? Phase one of the Witte Bros. Exchange Truck Driving School consists of classroom instruction and hands-on driving range practice. In our course, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills needed to pass the Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) exam with flying colors. Graduates have guaranteed employment as entry-level Witte solo drivers.

Class Schedule
The classroom phase of our Truck Driving School lasts approximately five weeks. Our expert instructors will teach you and your classmates the rules of the road Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Witte headquarters in Troy, MO. Additionally, you’ll gain driving experience on local roads and in our private range.

Tuition & Lodging
A modest fee of $225 covers your Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) learning portal fee, reference materials, and Federal drug tests. Witte Bros. provides lodging for students who reside at least 50 miles from our headquarters. We have six updated dorm rooms with several grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
After the Course
The classroom phase concludes with the Class A CDL exam. Then, you’ll put your newly-earned CDL to use in phase two of our Truck Driving School, the Student Trainee program. You’ll experience paid over-the-road training with Witte’s professional instructors, applying your classroom knowledge to real-life scenarios. Completing phase two dispatches you as an entry-level Witte solo driver with average first-year earnings of $65,000!
